Phatcamp is expanding its crew and is looking for enthusiastic individuals who are eager to work at the most exciting events and festivals throughout the Netherlands. We are seeking both bar staff and production crew to join our payroll. When you join us, Phatcamp also offers professional training so that you can eventually progress to become a bar manager or production manager.
Bar crew

Production crew
If you'd prefer to work within our production crew, we'd love to hear if you're physically and creatively oriented. As a member of our production team, you'll have the chance to be involved in all aspects of setting up, executing, and dismantling events. From building stages and installing lighting and sound equipment to coordinating logistics and supporting artists and crew - with us, you contribute to creating the magic behind the scenes! Knowledge of the Dutch language is required.
