Phatcamp was founded out of a fascination with live experiences. The moment when an idea becomes physical and people gather, respond and connect.

We entered the industry from the operational side, close to the execution itself. By working hands-on within productions, we learned how every role, every schedule and every logistical decision contributes to the overall result.

Starting with crew-focused support, we developed a deep understanding of how processes interact on site. Where they reinforce each other, and where they tend to fail. That operational insight shaped our evolution over the past eight years into the partner we are today.

We now support agencies, event organisers and brands across the Netherlands in delivering productions of various scales. What connects these projects is not their size, but the need for structure, reliability and well-coordinated execution.
