Next Gen Awards X Phatcamp Community Summit

Born from the desire to celebrate young talent, the Next Gen Awards is a Phatcamp initiative to showcase up-and-coming professionals' accomplishments. Through this program, we want to shine a light on all the hardworking individuals and celebrate the ones starting to make a name for themselves in the events industry, in multiple disciplines!

Therefore, on the 28th of May we are inviting you to celebrate together at the first edition of the Next Gen Awards. The event will take place between 19:00 and 00:00. We will have a propper party on this Tuesday evening, make amazing connections and most importantly, we will celebrate young talent.   During this evening, we want to inspire and motivate everyone to bring out the best in themselves and shine within the event industry! For this, we have invited three amazing jury members to share their stories, inspire you all, and further spotlight the nominated talents. We proudly present to you the jury:

Angelo Bromet - Founder Prospect Eleven & Talent Developer at the Melkweg

Our special host  will explain how the Next Gen Awards came to be, and what the future holds. After this, it is time to shine a spotlight on our stars - THE NEXT GEN. Our nominees will hold speeches and presentations, showcasing their achievements and showing us why they are exceptional in what they do. And last, but not least, we will celebrate it together with all the event professionals that have been invited for this special occasion.

- Career (any young professional who is already getting a lot of accomplishments in their early career)

- Innovation (an innovative concept or idea that has practical applications in the events industry)

- Arts & Music (any performance or artist that has a unique style/ approach in any art discipline)

- Event Organization (any young event organisers that produces unique concepts and innovates the events scene)
