Afterhours: Chasing the Hihat

Whenever we find something we are passionate about, we are used to digging into this new interest and finding out everything we can. For everyone who is passionate about the event industry, we organzine Phatcamp Afterhours. Within this serie of events we visit the headquarters of our partners to showcase who the people and organizations are behind the festivals and events we love to visit so much. We dig into the history of these organizations, the people that work there and the companies they collaborate with to realize some of the most impressive events and festivals we know.

During this upcoming edition we will visit Chasing the Hihat. An Amsterdam based organization that has made its marks on the Dutch event industry. Chasing the Hihat organizes festivals and events throughout the whole country and they even have their own in-house creative agency. 

During our visit we'll learn more about what it takes to organize a festival. We'll get insights in the different roles that are fulfilled under the roof of this unique company and what it would take for you to get a job there too. If you are interested in a career in events, this one is for you!
